MiamiPermitAI is not affiliated with Miami-Dade County or any government agency. Our risk analysis does not guarantee permit approval or rejection. Final permit decisions are made solely by the Miami-Dade Building Department.

• You must not upload documents you do not have the right to share.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
